I love the quote "it is Well With My Soul." A few months ago I created a wood sign with this quote for my office wall. I hung directly across from my desk so that every time I look up I see it and it reminds me that God is in control and that it is well.
I created this piece by putting 3 pallet boards together. I white washed the wood and added the quote by using black paint pen. I added the vines around the quote with the same paint pen to give it some added interest. You can find the paint pen here.
It is a simple design but I just love it. In fact, I have received so many compliments on it that I decided to share it with everyone. Below is the sign up close and my view of it from my desk.
I transferred the quote to an 8x10 sized format and it is available for free download to print on cardstock to place in your favorite frame as I did below. This allowed me to also add a smaller version of the sign to a pretty frame and place it in my bedroom.
I added a double black frame border around the sign to highlight it and it looks so pretty in my distressed white frame; however, I think it would look great in any frame.
